Welcome to Glowaro's seller program. We're excited to partner with genuine skincare and cosmetics sellers across Bangladesh. Our platform connects quality sellers with thousands of beauty-conscious customers nationwide.

1. Who Can Become a Seller?

We welcome authorized distributors, licensed importers, and registered businesses dealing in authentic skincare, cosmetics, K-Beauty, personal care, and wellness products. Individual sellers with valid trade licenses are also eligible.

• Must have a valid trade license issued in Bangladesh
• Must provide proof of authorized distribution rights
• All products must be 100% genuine and sourced from authorized channels
• Must maintain proper inventory and quality control measures
• Must have a valid bank account for payment settlement

2. Registration Process

To register as a seller on Glowaro:

1. Fill out the seller registration form with your business details
2. Upload required documents: Trade License, NID, Bank Account details, Product authorization letters
3. Our team reviews your application within 3-5 business days
4. Upon approval, you gain access to the seller dashboard
5. Start listing your products with detailed descriptions and images

3. Commission Structure

Glowaro operates on a transparent commission model:

• Standard commission: 8%-15% depending on product category
• Skincare & Cosmetics category: 10%
• K-Beauty & Imported products: 12%
• Personal Care & Wellness: 8%
• No hidden fees or listing charges

4. Payment Settlement

We ensure timely payment to all our sellers:

• Payments are settled every 7 days for delivered orders
• Settlement is processed after deducting applicable commission
• Payment transferred directly to registered bank account
• Detailed settlement reports available in seller dashboard
• Minimum payout threshold: ৳1,000

5. Product Listing Guidelines

All product listings must adhere to our quality standards:

• High-quality product images (minimum 800x800 pixels)
• Accurate and detailed product descriptions in Bangla or English
• Correct pricing with MRP clearly mentioned
• Manufacturing date and expiry date must be visible
• No counterfeit, expired, or unauthorized products
• Ingredients list and usage instructions in the description

6. Packaging & Shipping Requirements

All orders must be packed securely:

• Products must be bubble-wrapped for protection
• Liquid products must be sealed in leak-proof packaging
• Fragile items require additional padding
• Shipment within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
• Tracking information must be updated on the dashboard

7. Quality Standards & Compliance

We maintain strict quality control:

• Random product quality checks by Glowaro team
• All products must comply with Bangladesh Standards & Testing Institution (BSTI) guidelines
• Cosmetics must meet Bangladesh Drug Administration safety standards
• Sellers with consistent quality issues may be delisted
• Customer complaint rate must stay below 2%

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on Glowaro:

• Counterfeit or replica products
• Expired or near-expiry products (within 6 months of expiry)
• Products containing banned substances or mercury
• Unregistered or illegal cosmetics
• Products with damaged, tampered, or missing packaging
• Prescription-only skincare products without valid authorization

9. Seller Performance Metrics

Seller performance is evaluated based on:

• On-time delivery rate (target: 95%+)
• Customer satisfaction score (target: 4.5/5+)
• Return & refund rate (target: below 3%)
• Average response time to customer queries (target: under 4 hours)
• Product listing accuracy and updates
